What are your reception hours?

Our reception is open from 8am to 9pm daily.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is 2pm, and check out is at 10am.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after my stay?

Yes. We have safe luggage storage facilities where we can hold your luggage during office hours.

Do you have car parking?

Secure car parking is available at Sydney Place, just a few hundred metres from the hotel reception for $25 per day.

Is parking secure or undercover?

Our car park is secure and undercover.

Do you have a swimming pool?

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, however, we are within walking distance from the Glenelg Beach tram line.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, our Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites have a laundry and dryer in the room. For Standard and Superior rooms, the hotel also offers dry cleaning services for an extra fee.

Do you provide breakfast?

While we don't currently offer breakfast on-site, we have partnered with Seoul Sisters on Halifax Street to provide breakfast for $25 per person. Visit reception to obtain your breakfast voucher.

Do you have a meeting/boardroom?

Yes. Toms Court Hotel offers an on-site boardroom ideal for small meetings, with Wi-Fi and screen access. Catering can be arranged.

Does the hotel have free WiFi?

Yes, unlimited high-speed WiFi is offered for guests free of charge.

How many guests can each room accommodate?

Standard and Superior rooms are fit for two people. King, Junior and Deluxe suites can fit up to four people with the sofa-bed set-up.

Are rooms accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes, Toms Court Hotel offers comfortable, accessible accommodation, including an Accessible King room.

Can I smoke in my room?

No, Toms Court Hotel has a strict no-smoking policy throughout the hotel premises, including all guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

Can I change my booking or cancel my reservation?

Yes, when you book directly with Toms Court Hotel, you have up until 24 hours before your arrival date to cancel or change the booking. Third-party website bookings are subject to different rules.

Is a security bond required?

Yes, a $100 security bond is required on a credit card, matching the registered guest's name and a valid government-issued photo ID.

Our public spaces are designed for ease of movement, with no stairs or ramps to negotiate between the street and your room.

Entrance: step-free entry from King William Street straight into reception, and ramps with guardrailes available from entry along Toms Court.
Getting around: lift access to all guest floors, with clear, wide corridors throughout.
Bathrooms: an accessible public bathroom is available in the common areas.
Meetings and events: step-free spaces that we will set up to suit your requirements.
Getting here: tram, bus, taxi and rideshare services stop on King William Street outside the hotel.
Parking: arrangements can change, so please contact reception and we will confirm the current accessible parking and drop-off options.

Accommodation

Our Accessible King Rooms are available with or without a balcony, each with a premium king bed and an accessible bathroom.

Step-free entry to the room and to the bathroom.
Wide doorways for wheelchair access.
Generous space on either side of the king bed.
Roll-in shower with a handheld showerhead and a fold-down shower seat.
Grab rails in the shower and around the toilet.
Accessible toilet with a lever flush.
Easy-access basin with lever taps and a roll-under bench.
Selected rooms also include a roll-under desk and a wheelchair accessible balcony.
Assistance animals are welcome in every room and public space at no charge, and are not treated as pets.
