Our reception is open from 8am to 9pm daily.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is 2pm, and check out is at 10am.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after my stay?

Yes. We have safe luggage storage facilities where we can hold your luggage during office hours.

Do you have car parking?

Secure car parking is available at Sydney Place, just a few hundred metres from the hotel reception for $25 per day.

Is parking secure or undercover?

Our car park is secure and undercover.

Do you have a swimming pool?

The hotel does not have a swimming pool, however, we are within walking distance from the Glenelg Beach tram line.

Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes, our Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites have a laundry and dryer in the room. For Standard and Superior rooms, the hotel also offers dry cleaning services for an extra fee.

Policies

Bond

A $250 bond is required in addition to the room rate. This bond will be held as a pre-authorisation. This will be released following departure and a room check and will be available from 3-5 business days, depending on the guest's banking institution.

Pet Limits

A maximum of two pets is permitted in each guest room.

Size

Toms Court Hotel will allow two dogs under 30kg. Cats are welcome.
