HOTEL POLICIES

  • 14:00, however, if you arrive earlier, we’ll be happy to hold your luggage while you explore the city.

    10:00 am, however late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability. Fees may apply.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the hotel. A fine of $300 will apply.

  • Our fire detection system is sensitive to cigarette smoke and NO cooking is permitted with fumes. Should the alarm go off:

    • DO NOT touch the detector

    • Open the balcony doors / windows, turn the air-conditioning on high and assist in airing the smoke by waving a towel

    • Call reception on 08 8224 8888 immediately and refer the Emergency Exit procedures on the back of hotel room door

    • If there is a fire in the building, DO NOT USE THE LIFTS, USE THE STAIRS INSTEAD

    • If the fire brigade is called out due to the guest wrong doing, the guest will be charged a $1,000 call out fee

  • Car parking for guests is available 200 metres near the hotel for just $25 per day, book via reception.

  • Please keep your keycard with you at all times. The key will give you access to the front door of building and your room. If you lose your key and need to access the room out of reception hours, you may call security, and fees will apply.

  • A maximum of two pets are permitted in each guest room. A requirement that pets should not be left unattended in the room unless they are in a crate.

  • The free tram line is located just outside the hotel on King William St. It takes you between the South Terrace tram stop, the Entertainment Centre, Botanic Gardens, and Festival Plaza. The Free City tram will also take you to the new Royal Adelaide Hospital at the west end of North Terrace.

  • The free City Connector Buses are available from stop F1 on Halifax St. They are wheelchair—and pram-accessible. Bus routes 98A and 98C connect North Adelaide with the city, while routes 99A and 99C connect the inner-city areas.
